At MBA, we offer three different types of billing services to best meet the needs of providers. Each service plan is custom-tailored to address the specific needs of your practice. We take great pride in personalizing and customizing our service offerings to meet your needs. 

 

Bronze

This service is offered to physicians who wish to continue doing their own billing, but want increased remittance for the services they render. MBA will input your claims and check them with our Precision Claim Technology. This service is billed on a per procedure basis.

 

Silver

This service offers complete management of the entire billing process. This service is billed on a percentage of net revenue and is specialty specific. 

Under the Silver Service Plan, MBA:

• Provides all services listed in the Bronze Service Plan
• Posts all payments to patients accounts
• Bills the patients for any outstanding balances
• Prepares bank deposits and handles this transaction for you if you elect

Gold

MBA's Gold Service is the ultimate in medical billing.  This service is billed on a percentage of net revenue and is specialty specific.

Under the Gold Service Plan, MBA:

• Provides all services listed in the Bronze Service Plan
• Contacts your patients if they have not responded to their first statement
• Sends out specialized delinquent notices to your patients if they have not been responsive to multiple statements
• Laser prints refund checks for you and submits them to you for signature
