In addition, candidates must complete industry-standard personality tests in order to ensure they will "fit" into our environment. MBA subscribes to the philosophy that comfortable, happy employees are productive employees. From the chair they sit in to the computer in front of them, we believe they should have the best tools at their disposal. It’s no secret that employee turnover is one of the highest costs to a company, which is why MBA believes in making each employee feel appreciated and respected. We don't believe you can be successful in this business by hiring average employees and paying them average salaries! Over the years, we have built a solid staff capable of handling the wide variety of challenges that insurance companies throw our way. Anyone who has been in this business for very long knows that what worked yesterday won't necessarily work today. To accommodate these daily changes, you must have the technological “know-how” and the background to make these changes. Since our first computer with a 4.77 Mhz processor in 1986 to our latest 2.x Ghz, RAID-5 servers, MBA has always invested in the latest technology. We believe in buying the highest quality hardware and software that will meet your needs. Our server farm is made up of Dell and Gateway servers. Our workstations are predominately Dell 2.x Ghz machines that interface using our high-speed network controlled by Cisco routers and switches. All of our databases and client data are maintained on several redundant servers. Each day, complete alternating backups are done and taken offsite. You can rest assured that your data will be protected, even in lieu of a catastrophic event.
